Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative and office support across development and operations functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the real estate development process and grow within a small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the development team

  • Assist with filing, document management, and maintaining digital and physical records

  • Prepare and organize reports, proposals, and correspondence

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and site visits as needed

  • Answer phones, manage emails, and handle incoming inquiries

  • Assist with invoices, expense tracking, and basic data entry

  • Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned

  • Maintain consultant contact lists, contracts, and status trackers

  • Follow up on outstanding items and report progress to the development team

  • Communicate with external consultants (architects, engineers, expediters, and other vendors) to track deliverables, timelines, and required documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred

  • 0–2 years of administrative or office experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel; Procore or Microsoft projects); Google Workspace

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
