Luxury Real Estate General Manager - Property Management

BUSHBURG is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee a luxury 1000+ unit asset in Downtown Brooklyn. With a range of $120,000 - $140,000 base, significant bonus potential, and the possible inclusion of an apartment, we are looking for a talented property leader to join our growing team.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Tenant satisfaction: Building strong relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and planning engaging community events.
• Financial management: Overseeing budgets, collecting rent, and maximizing property profitability, Capex projects, and reviewing/approving expenses.
• Property maintenance: Ensuring optimal property condition, coordinating repairs, managing the back of house team, mechanical systems and vendor relationships.
• Team leadership: Supervising on-site staff, enforcing company policies, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Staying updated on regulations, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
