Job description
Bushburg Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager/EA to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Maintain office records and files.
Overseeing and maintaining equipment, identifying needs, and coordinating food deliveries
Planning moves, additions, and changes to workstations.
Communicating with employees, customers, and visitors, and building relationships
Assisting with HR and payroll tasks
Executive Assistance:
Provide high-level administrative support
Manage executive email and calendar, schedule meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Research and analyze data as needed.
Assist with project management and coordination
Job requirements
- Some experience in office management or related field prefered
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workforce
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
