Job description

Bushburg Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager/EA to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Oversee office maintenance and repairs.

  • Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

  • Maintain office records and files.

  • Overseeing and maintaining equipment, identifying needs, and coordinating food deliveries

  • Planning moves, additions, and changes to workstations.

  • Communicating with employees, customers, and visitors, and building relationships

  • Assisting with HR and payroll tasks

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide high-level administrative support

  • Manage executive email and calendar, schedule meetings.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Research and analyze data as needed.

  • Assist with project management and coordination

Job requirements

  • Some experience in office management or related field prefered
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workforce
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
