As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Tenant satisfaction: Building strong relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and planning engaging community events.
• Financial management: Overseeing budgets, collecting rent, and maximizing property profitability.
• Property maintenance: Ensuring optimal property condition, coordinating repairs, and managing vendor relationships.
• Team leadership: Supervising on-site staff, enforcing company policies, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Staying updated on regulations, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
